The story was something new: nothing about being immortal, vampires, aliens and all of the other popular stuff going on in YA and paranormal romance right now. The book definitely sucked me in and I was hooked from the very beginning! Each time I finished a chapter, I was dying to continue reading to see what happens next.

The character's were great too. I've seen a lot of reviews about this book with everyone calling Daire annoying. I have to disagree. I actually liked her and she didn't bother me in the slightest. She had dept, definitely. When the visions started, she freaked out just like any other normal human being would. She got pissed off when she was basically shipped off to live with her Grandmother, who, by the way, Daire never even met before. If it was you in the same situation, I don't think you would be quite happy about it either. Overall, she was fun, serious when needed to be, caring, brave and strong.Espanahttp://dbodygoes.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
